One of the best Diwali dessert recipe according to me is the paneer malai ladoo which can be prepared under 15 minutes with two ingredients.

Especially handy for those who are rushing to prepare some last minute sweets and desserts. Impress your family and guests by serving these delicately flavored grainy malai ladoo. Those who are fond of milk based sweets will surely flip for these. 
Do not attempt any other sweet except this paneer malai ladoo which is so exquisite, sweet and uses two  main ingredients only.

These delicious malai ladoos can be made even more quickly in microwave , around 10 minutes.
Recipe from Nestle Milk maid .


Ingredients:


1/2 cup condensed milk  ( home made or bought)
200 grams paneer grated
2-3 drops of kewra essence ( optional ) 
Pinch of cardamom powder
1 tsp ghee


Method

Mash paneer , or grate to fine crumbs till smooth or blend in a mixie jar.
Cook on a non stick pan both grated paneer and condensed milk , add the essence , cardamom powder and cook till thick 
The mixture will come together to a ball like consistency.

Make ladoos when  cooled well. 
Makes around 21 malai ladoos of medium size. Serve chilled when the malai laddos would  have firmed up well in individual muffin paper cups. These make excellent give aways for guests during Diwali

It is better to use instant homemade condensed milk as we can control amount  of sweetness in the recipe.

To make Instant condensed milk at home under 5-8 minutes  


 Ingredients


1 cup milk powder

1/2 cup icing sugar or granulated sugar
1/4  cup hot milk or very hot water.
1 tbsp melted butter.
Blend well in a mixie jar and use as required.
